Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Remote

Type: Contract (12 Months)

Experience: 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, tables, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and improvements.
• Implement and maintain integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and automation.
• Design and execute ServiceNow reporting and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow records and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Perform regular platform upgrades, patches, and testing to keep the system up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow features and functionalities.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, including user management, configuration, and customization.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
